My story
I do love pink (the brighter, the better) and I’m probably the least corporate person you’ll meet. Yet I’m obsessively organised: I live by to-do lists for business and life, and I genuinely enjoy ticking things off.
My path here wasn’t linear. From nursing to working a summer season in an airport abroad, plus plenty of volunteering, I built a wide mix of skills that led me into business ownership. I opened JH Admin in 2010 and a few years later found my calling in property - it felt like a natural fit from the start.
With over nine years’ hands-on experience across single lets, multi-lets, HMOs and serviced accommodation, I thrive on the variety property brings. Managing hospital beds turned out to be surprisingly transferable - especially when expanding into multiple serviced-stay units.
Now I work exclusively as a specialist property-management virtual assistant, offering practical, compliant and cost-effective support. I take care of the day-to-day admin, tenant communications, maintenance and compliance so landlords can breathe easy and focus on what matters most.
When I’m off duty you’ll usually find me crafting something pink or out exercising - probably with a notebook and another to-do list in hand.
